In the face of so much recent change and disruption, the relevance of business schools as stalwart academic institutions is being challenged on their ability to adapt to the changing needs of an uncertain future.
To get a sense of what this future holds for GME, 19 business school deans from leading European business schools – seen to be the thought leaders and change makers in the industry – were interviewed to gather their opinions and insights on this topic for the basis of our Industry paper. It is clear that it is crucial that business schools define their purpose and strategy to differentiate themselves in a landscape where the whole world is now your market. This calls for adaptation, experimentation, and transformation.
However, this mindset of change is redundant if not applied throughout the whole organisation, a process requiring leadership that realises the power of people.
This webinar will explore the five key themes that emerged during in-depth discussions with deans, including technology and digitization, social and responsible, content, learning journeys and relevance.
