The AMBA & BGA Business School Professional Conference, will take place from Thursday 20 to Friday 21 June 2024, in the cultural city of Prague, Czechia.

Over two days, business school professionals will come together to take advantage of extensive professional development and networking opportunities.

Conference format and programme

This year’s conference will be uniquely split into two streams – Technology and Programme Design. There will be a series of keynote speaker sessions as well as a number of interactive workshops and forums for discussion which will be tailored to specific roles within business schools. There will also be plenty of opportunity to network and discuss ideas with colleagues and peers. 

We have now published this year’s conference programme which includes, session descriptions, speakers and timings. Please note, that the programme is subject to change before the event starts on Thursday 20 June 2024.

Conference speakers

Conference venue: Grandior Hotel Prague

Our conference venue, the Grandior Hotel Prague, is ideally situated in Prague’s city centre. Attendees will enjoy its proximity to the major attractions of the historic Prague Old Town and public transport links. AMBA & BGA has negotiated preferential room rates for delegates looking to stay at the Grandior Hotel Prague.

In addition, we have also arranged preferential room rates at our venue’s sister hotel, the Grand Majestic Hotel, which is a 5-minute walk away from the Grandior Hotel Prague. (For the Grand Majestic Hotel, single occupancy rooms are 175 Euros per night including breakfast.)

Please note the preferential room rate at both the Grandior and Grand Majestic Hotel is valid until 20 May 2024, which is subject to availability.

Networking opportunities

There will be plenty of opportunities to discuss the learnings of the conference with the attendees. Our online conference system uses AI to help matchmake you with other likeminded delegates and facilitates meetings with attendees with similar objectives and goals you may have. The AMBA & BGA teams will also always be on hand to make any introductions you may want.

As part of your conference experience, you will also be invited to our networking dinner on Thursday 20 June. We’re delighted to confirm that this will be held at the Municipal House Restaurant.

Widely regarded as the most beautiful Art Nouveau restaurant in Europe, the venue blends 20th century architecture and the best in modern Czech cuisine in Prague. The setting should provide a perfect backdrop for both dining and discussing the topics and themes from the conference.
