How do you ensure employees follow your organisation’s strategy?

Coming up with an organisational strategy in an economic climate characterised by disruption is one thing. But how can organisations ensure that this strategy is disseminated to all areas of the business, and tackle the even harder task of getting employees to follow it?

Costas Markides, a professor from London Business School, has written a book on just that, Organizing for the New Normal: Prepare Your Company for the Journey of Continuous Disruption.

Costas came on The AMBITION Podcast to talk about how to not only ensure your employees know your strategy but actively work towards it, while creating a sense of constant urgency.
