Enabling hybrid learning (also known as blended learning) is essential in the digital era. Not only must institutions be ready to educate their workforce flexibly, but they must also prepare their learners to lead in a hybrid working world.  
 
This pre-conference workshop will offer tips and tricks and case studies for using virtual hybrid classrooms at a business school. It will begin by considering the benefits of hybrid learning, including glocalisation and attendance flexibility, before delving deeper into how business schools can implement hybrid classrooms effectively.
