Why do two thirds of digital strategies fail?

We’re all familiar with the term ‘digital transformation’; but this well-known idea is proving a challenge to some of our leaders and organisations with a recent study showing that nearly two thirds of digital strategies are failing

To investigate why this is the case and what can be done about it, The AMBITION Podcast spoke to Robin Speculand.

Robin’s pioneering work has been featured in media worldwide including BBC World and Forbes. He is a TEDx speaker and an educator for Duke CE, IMD, and an adjunct member of Singapore Management University and National University of Singapore. His new book World’s Best Bank: A Strategic Guide to Digital Transformation is number one in the leadership category on Amazon.

In his book and in this interview, Robin details the successful digital transformation at the Singaporean bank DBS – and puts practical points in place as to how other organisations can put world-class strategies in place to thrive in the digital age.
